Below is a summary of our shipping policy:
All original works and prints on paper (including Limited Edition, Open Edition) are sold unframed and shipped rolled in a sturdy cardboard tube.
All original works on Canvas are packed with specialist packing and sent only via trusted couriers. Original works are irreplacable, so every care is taken to ensure they reach the destination safely.
Paper works are shipped via Royal Mail Signed for 2nd class post arriving within one week.
Small works - £5
Medium works - £8
Large works - individually priced.
Canvas/Boards are sent via trusted courier costing:
Small works - £15
Medium Works - £20

Paper works are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked Delivery arriving within 2 weeks.

I'm confident you will love any artwork you buy, however I offer a returns policy - a summary of which is given below.
I'm more than happy to exchange or refund any non-commissioned work, if you notify me within 14 days and return items to me in their original condition within 28 days of receipt. (Return postage would need to be covered to the customer) Please see the full policy for more details.
Any postal damages or issues with delivery please just get in touch as soon as possible.
Commissioned or personalised work has a different process of staged checks and feedback with the customers so returns are treated differently for these works. Please see the returns policy for more details.
Commissions often take around 4-6 weeks to complete, but if you have a deadline, let me know as I might be able to help.
I use an initial planning stage to understand what customers are looking for and once happy, a 50% deposit is made and I begin creating the artwork.
I will do a final check-in once almost complete to ensure that customers love the work and on completion, the final 50% is paid and work delivered to it's excited owners!
