Exciting developments are afoot...
My sparkly new website is currently being put together.
Based on the London, Essex borders, I am a Londoner born and raised from Italian, Irish and Lithuanian stock. I grew up on the romance and hard truths of aspiration. My art is influenced by themes of struggle, darkness, strength and ultimately survival, both in wildlife, where daily life is a battlefield, and in our own lives.
I work from my garden studio under the beady eye of my crow muse (he hates my work). A self taught artist, my work is expressive, engaging and charged with emotional energy. Working in acrylic, pen and ink, charcoal, pastel and mixed media, my style ranges from figurative, expressive and semi abstract paintings of birds and wildlife, to abstract shapes and landscapes.
I currently exhibit my work with the George Farnham Gallery in Suffolk and take part in regional art and craft fairs including Roy's People Art Fair, at the Bargehouse, Oxo Tower Wharf from 4th-7th April 2019.
Thank you so much for visiting and please come again soon to see the finished result!
